關(guān)于舉辦“第三屆智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車技術(shù)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)國際研討會（ICV2017）”的通知
各相關(guān)單位：
在全球范圍內(nèi)，汽車、信息和通信等行業(yè)以實現(xiàn)自動駕駛及構(gòu)建安全、高效、有序、節(jié)能的未來汽車社會為目標(biāo)，圍繞車輛智能化與網(wǎng)聯(lián)化協(xié)同創(chuàng)新，融合形成了極具革新的力量，推動智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車進入縱深發(fā)展階段。在國家戰(zhàn)略支持和政策推動下，汽車智能化、網(wǎng)聯(lián)化技術(shù)快速發(fā)展，自動駕駛技術(shù)和功能不斷完善，越來越多的產(chǎn)品開始示范運行和實際道路驗證，對測試評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法規(guī)的需求日益迫切。
我國在《中國制造2025》戰(zhàn)略綱領(lǐng)的基礎(chǔ)上，相繼發(fā)布《裝備制造業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和質(zhì)量提升規(guī)劃》《汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)中長期發(fā)展規(guī)劃》等重要文件，對我國汽車及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的形勢、目標(biāo)、任務(wù)作了系統(tǒng)分析和部署，從國家戰(zhàn)略高度提出“開展智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作”“加強智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)”。
全國汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會在工業(yè)和信息化部、國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會等主管部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和支持下，組織各相關(guān)方共同開展智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)，籌備成立“智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車分技術(shù)委員會”，啟動了一系列共性、基礎(chǔ)及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究制定工作，并從2015年開始舉辦一年一度的智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車技術(shù)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)國際研討會，搭建跨領(lǐng)域、跨行業(yè)、跨國界的技術(shù)交流與信息共享平臺，就智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車技術(shù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特別是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)、政策措施等進行研討與對話，受到聯(lián)合國（UN）、國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織（ISO）及相關(guān)政府部門、國內(nèi)外相關(guān)行業(yè)的高度重視和廣泛好評。
全國汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會定于2017年6月7日~8日在上海舉辦“第三屆智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車技術(shù)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)國際研討會（ICV 2017）”，邀請工信部、國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委、公安部、交通部、發(fā)改委、科技部、商務(wù)部等相關(guān)主管部門和聯(lián)合國（UN）等國際機構(gòu)以及國內(nèi)外汽車、信息、通信、交通等行業(yè)的專家、學(xué)者與會，以多元化思維和前瞻性視角，聚焦智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)體系研究與建設(shè)，共議智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車技術(shù)研發(fā)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、政策措施、法律法規(guī)等，合力推動智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車技術(shù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
一、會議時間及地點
會議時間：2017年6月7日～8日，會期2天。
會議地點：上海穎奕皇冠假日酒店 （酒店地址：上海市嘉定區(qū)博園路6555號，近安虹路；酒店電話：021-60568888）。
二、會議內(nèi)容
會議將研討國內(nèi)外智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車技術(shù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢，交流在智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車領(lǐng)域的最新進展與未來規(guī)劃，解讀智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車相關(guān)的政策、管理措施，分析現(xiàn)行法律法規(guī)對智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車的適用性，介紹智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)動態(tài)與規(guī)劃等，分享智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車示范運行經(jīng)驗。
研討會期間，還將舉辦國家智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車（上海）試點示范區(qū)一周年活動。
注：會議日程請見本通知附件，同時將在全國汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會網(wǎng)站（m.dcpaint.net）上實時更新會議日程表。
三、會議語言
會議語言為中文、英文。會議期間提供中英文同聲傳譯。
四、會議費用
會議費以匯款方式或會場現(xiàn)金方式交納，不能刷卡。建議提前匯款（僅接受公司對公轉(zhuǎn)賬），以便會務(wù)組提前開具發(fā)票帶至?xí)觥?/span>
